~a fall farmhouse table setting~

I am excited today to show you a fun farmhouse inspired table setting I put together with 90% of the items being from the Dollar Tree!
I love a good challenge and I also like saving a buck, so this was a lot of fun.
This post is not sponsored in any way.

I was inspired by some mini hay bales and plastic toy farm animals I saw when I was there, which inspired my theme.

For the centerpiece I used a hay bale from Michael's to create a "riser" for my charcuterie board. I actually left it in the plastic for sanitary and cleanliness reasons.
To see how I put together charcuterie boards, please refer to this post.

I added a few of these white pumpkins {I removed the metal leaves} for a festive fall look.

The colors of the food add to the vibrancy of the otherwise neutral table setting.

I sprinkled in these tall candles for height.
The wooden pig I found here.

I lucked out when I found this wine at Trader Joe's.

For the place settings, I simply used basic white dishes from the Dollar Tree.

I spray painted the plastic toy animals with gold, and set them on top of little white boxes found in their gift wrapping section.
Each box contains chocolates for my guests to take home.

The gold labels I found in the office supply section and used a white sharpie to add names.

Even the wine glasses and water glasses are from the dollar tree.
I am packing all this up and giving to my daughter for her first apartment.

I found the blue napkins at a thrift store and used my vintage silver-plate silverware.

I was really happy with how this turned out, and the best part is that it was so cheap! I think under $7 for each place setting, plus the pumpkins and candles.

Don't forget to check out the rest of the fall table scapes below!
