Today I have some fun fall deck decorating ideas. It all starts with dining outdoors. It's one of my favorite things so I thought it would be fun to show you how I set up an autumn dinner table on our deck. It was really easy to do and took about 10 minutes. Just layer, layer, and layer.
Add some blankets for those crisp evenings.
You don't need one at every place setting, just a couple will do.
I used my favorite galvanized chargers and our everyday plates.
The linen napkins give it a real casual feel, and I simple tied them up with cute wood leaf cutouts from the dollar spot at Target!
Real pumpkins mixed in with the ceramic ones add a ton of texture.
And candles, the more the better.
This candle is the one I am always boasting about.
Watching the sun set over the lake is one of my favorite ways to relax after a long day.
The gold wine glasses and moscow mule cups add that bit of sparkle and take things up a notch.
Simple cabbage from the grocery store is all that is needed for a colorful centerpiece.
I simply added a cute little sign by the door to welcome guests, and that is it. Sometimes less is more.
I used the same wooden leaf cutout like I did on the table, and another one in a contrasting color and shape. Using a sharpie I added the wording "welcome home" and hung them at staggering heights.
