ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks room temp .butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3/4 cups milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips for topping

How to cook Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside.
- In a electric mixer, beat butter and sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Slowly blend in flour mixture until incorporated.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into a cast iron skillet.
- Top with remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips, pressing into dough.
- Bake for about 25 minutes and let rest for up to 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.
