~lucky leprechaun white chocolate bark~

Three reasons why you should make these for St. Patricks Day.

These are so incredibly easy to make.
They only require 3 ingredients.
They are delicious.

{pin these images for future use!}

Melt four, 3.5 ounce high quality white chocolate bars over a double boiler, or simply melt in the microwave.

Pour almost all of the melted chocolate into a pan lined with a silicone baking sheet.
Keep a little out if you would like, add pink food coloring, and swirl it on the top of the white chocolate.

Sprinkle on Lucky Charms marshmallows and sprinkles, as many as you would like.

Transfer to the refrigerator to cool.

Cut into squares and serve.
Makes approx. 12 large pieces.
